Instructions for signing up.
When you select the item a Spreadsheet will open. In the bottom left side it allow you to edit the sheet Fill in your information in the approriate line.Click the back button or close the spreadsheet to save the data. (Please do not delete any part of the sheet). After you close the sheet it takes about 5-10 minutes for it to actually update on the website (for you to see the data you entered).
